YTSubTrain uses the shared SpiderTaz Network account framework. These YTSubTrain Terms add rules for account access, profile setup, creator showcase pages, creator videos, links, sharing, and normal public discovery. The central SpiderTaz Network Terms of Service also apply when you use YTSubTrain.

Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, signing in, setting up a profile, viewing creator pages, opening video pages, sharing links, or otherwise using YTSubTrain, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use YTSubTrain.

Accounts And Profiles

YTSubTrain account access is tied to the shared SpiderTaz Network identity system. You are responsible for activity connected to your account, session, browser, device, profile setup, credentials, or authorized access. Keep sign-in access secure and do not use another person's account.

A YTSubTrain profile, creator page, link, video page, display count, share, or public appearance does not prove legal identity, ownership, authority, endorsement, popularity, income, audience size, or platform approval.

Creator And Video Information

YTSubTrain may display creator names, profile images, bios, taglines, links, video titles, video descriptions, thumbnails, publish dates, embeds, and watch links when that information is available and eligible for public display. You are responsible for making sure information you provide is truthful, lawful, and permitted.

YTSubTrain does not own YouTube, Twitch, or any outside video service. Embeds, watch links, availability, removals, player behavior, ranking, comments, subscriptions, views, and outside-platform activity are controlled by the outside service and the creator's account settings.

No Artificial Growth

Do not use YTSubTrain for subscriber trading, fake engagement, automated views, hidden playback, bots, forced subscriptions, misleading rewards, credential harvesting, spam, or any activity that violates outside-platform rules. YTSubTrain does not guarantee subscribers, views, watch time, likes, comments, revenue, ranking, or channel growth.

User Content And License

You retain whatever lawful rights you have in material you submit or provide, including profile details, names, bios, images, links, descriptions, channel references, and related information. You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have sufficient rights to submit that material and grant the license described here.

By submitting material to YTSubTrain, you grant YTSubTrain, its owner, operators, service providers, and network systems a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, format, organize, transmit, and use that material as needed to operate, improve, protect, provide, and support YTSubTrain and related network services.

Acceptable Use

Use YTSubTrain for lawful creator discovery, creator profiles, real video showcase pages, normal sharing, account access, and profile setup. Do not submit, promote, facilitate, or link to unlawful, infringing, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, invasive, exploitative, obscene, malicious, spam, malware, credential-harvesting, impersonation, scraping, or rights-violating content or conduct.

You may not interfere with YTSubTrain systems, security, routing, account controls, rate limits, robots controls, indexing controls, logs, sessions, databases, or network infrastructure. You may not attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or use intended to damage, overload, mislead, or exploit the platform or its users.

Moderation And Enforcement

YTSubTrain may review, limit, hide, remove, preserve, suspend, terminate, restrict, or decline access, content, routes, profiles, video pages, links, or features at any time when action is appropriate for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational stability, rights protection, user protection, or platform integrity.

No Guarantees

YTSubTrain is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YTSubTrain makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, originality, compatibility, reach, traffic, ranking, search visibility, monetization, audience growth, account continuity, data preservation, or uninterrupted operation.

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTSubTrain, its owner, operators, affiliates, service providers, and network systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, content, reputation, goodwill, revenue, opportunity, access, rankings, audience, business, channel value, or expected benefit arising from or related to YTSubTrain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability arising from or related to YTSubTrain shall be limited to the amount you paid directly to YTSubTrain for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or one hundred dollars if no such payment was made.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YTSubTrain, its owner, operators, affiliates, service providers, and network systems from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, settlements, judgments, penalties, and attorney fees arising from your content, conduct, account use, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, third-party dispute, profile information, video information, external-platform activity, or misuse of YTSubTrain.

Updates And Contact

YTSubTrain may update these Terms when platform features, legal needs, safety needs, or operational needs change. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply.
