YTSubTrain uses the shared SpiderTaz Network account framework. This page explains YTSubTrain-specific privacy handling for account access, profile setup, creator showcase pages, creator video pages, links, logs, cookies, and security. The central SpiderTaz Network Privacy Policy also applies when you use YTSubTrain.

Privacy Approach

YTSubTrain collects what is reasonably needed to keep account access working, set up profiles, display eligible creator and video pages, prevent abuse, maintain security, improve reliability, and respond to legal needs. YTSubTrain does not sell personal information.

Information YTSubTrain May Receive

YTSubTrain may receive shared account signals from SpiderTaz Network identity, including user ID, display name, sign-in status, and basic account status needed to keep access working. YTSubTrain may also use eligible public creator and video information such as creator name, profile image, bio, tagline, links, video title, video description, thumbnail, publish date, video URL, and public status.

Profile Setup

Information entered during normal profile setup may be used to create or support account-facing and public-facing profile surfaces. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, restricted, or third-party private information unless a feature specifically requests it and you have authority to provide it.

Public Creator And Video Pages

Public creator and video pages may be visible to anyone. Public material may appear on YTSubTrain, in metadata, in previews, in sitemaps, in search engines, and in third-party services that crawl, cache, quote, archive, or share public pages.

YTSubTrain cannot control YouTube, Twitch, search engines, archives, screenshots, browser caches, third-party previews, reposts, outside links, or copies made by other users or services.

Cookies, Sessions, Logs, And Security

YTSubTrain may use cookies, sessions, tokens, logs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect forms, remember account state, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, enforce rules, and secure the platform. Browser, device, IP, referrer, route, timestamp, and request information may be recorded for operational, security, legal, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Sharing And Disclosure

YTSubTrain may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate hosting, security, analytics, email, file storage, shared account access, support, legal compliance, abuse investigation, rights protection, business transfer, or platform administration. Service providers should receive only what is reasonably needed for their role.

YTSubTrain may preserve and disclose records when needed to comply with law, respond to legal process, investigate abuse, enforce terms, prevent harm, protect users, protect the owner, protect rights, or maintain security.

Retention And Removal

YTSubTrain keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to run the platform, maintain account access, display eligible public pages, support backups, resolve disputes, enforce rules, prevent abuse, protect rights, meet legal needs, and maintain operational records. Some information may remain in logs, backups, caches, security records, or legal records after account-facing removal.

Children And Sensitive Information

YTSubTrain is not intended for unlawful collection of children's information or for storing sensitive private information. Do not submit private addresses, government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, confidential information, passwords, private keys, or other sensitive data unless a feature specifically requests it and you have authority to provide it.

Your Choices

You may use available account controls to update profile setup information or limit what you provide. Certain account, security, legal, operational, backup, and abuse-prevention records may not be editable or removable through public settings.

Updates And Contact

YTSubTrain may update this Privacy Policy when platform features, legal needs, safety needs, or operational needs change. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies.
